 Moudros

Moudros is the second port of Lemnos, known as one of the safest natural harbors in the Mediterranean. It is located 27 km east of Myrina and was the island¢s former capital.
The village is built around the Moudros Bay. The houses, constructed in traditional architecture, whitewashed with tiled roofs and overlooking the sea, resemble a living painting.
It is worth visiting the Church of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary.
You can swim at Agios Pavlos Beach and Fanaraki Beach, located 4 km from Moudros.
The area is developing as a tourist destination. You will find hotels and rental apartments with all modern comforts and stunning sea views. Enjoy peaceful evenings dining at the taverns of Moudros and having drinks at the small beachfront bars.
