It is build of stone and it has two floors totaling 140 m2. Both floors have verandas with a unique view to the island, the sea and the port.
The living room contains a fireplace, Hi-Fi stereo equipment and a Full Home Cinema system to watch the movies that Villa Sunset offer you for the time you like to stay home and relax.
The furnishing of the house is made of walnut. The kitchen has all the necessary electric appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
On the first level there are two master bedrooms each one with a full bath and one large bed, fully air-conditioned. Each room has it's own panoramic view to the island. The swimming pool on the upper level will cool you off when you are feeling hot and the spectacular view to the port for sunsets round the pool creates a relaxed ambience.
Internet Access and free entrance to the gym center of the Island are a part of the package we offer you.
