Classes Tuesday, Friday & Saturday Join us on a journey into Greek cuisine, a relaxed morning, dedicated to experiencing Greek food and culture Every Friday we start the day in the truly Greek way with iced coffee and/or healthy mountain tea, everyone makes their own, to get into the spirit of things. Once the introductions are over we begin by making Stiffado- an iconic Greek dish which is perfect for stress free Dinner parties . This is followed by various appetisers, including Spinach and feta pie, Dolmades, a spicy cheese dip and an unbelievably simple yet amazing salad. Followed by our delicious ‘make ahead’ Orange cake, to complete the menu All this is interspersed with stories about the Island, its culture and how the Mediterranean diet has come to be what it is today. There will be plenty of hands on opportunities during the morning, different products to taste, and wines to sample – you definitely won’t leave feeling hungry TUESDAY CLASS: The Greek Classics – The same format, different dishes: Mousaka, Baklava rolls, Saganaki, Greek Salad & Tsatsiki NEW SATURDAY CLASS: Vegetarian Zakynthian Comfort Food Stuffed Tomatoes, Courgette Fritters, spicy Baked Cheese & Kataifi
