I will never forget the day that a dear friend of mine taught me how to make a Dry Martini. I was amazed with the emphasis on the detail and the passion that someone needs to put in making it. It made me get a whole new understanding on spirits and drinking in general. This is what I hope to transmit, while doing something I always loved. To cook and drink. This is what made my friendships stronger or created new ones. I believe in the human connection. Especially when this comes from simple things like food, a drink, a swim. There is no better way to get to know someone than teaching how and then having a drink.

Menu & tasting
Drinking a spirit on the rocks is nice but some times you need a little twist. Learn how to make cocktails in a stone house by the sea, that transforms into a bar at night and get the real experience of bartending. In this mini masterclass of a 2 hours session, you will learn about the history of bartending, spirits and cocktails. You and the other guests will also make, stir and shake some cocktails with us throughout the session, while learning secrets that will transform the drinks that you make at home. Even a simple Gin and Tonic. The perfect class to elevate your parties. The session includes learning how to make 2 of our favourite Classic cocktails and 2 of Marlen’s Unique Signature Cocktails from our Mixologist Stefanos Kapogiannis. A great activity to do with friends for something slightly different, to celebrate a birthday with a memorable evening of cocktails and of course simply to drink the cocktail that you will make yourself!
