The bedrooms on the 1st floor of Hotel Amarillis have balconies which overlook the little lanes around the hotel. The views of Hydra town are very picturesque. The roof terrace is available to all guests who want to use it for sunbathing or as a place to take breakfast. You are more than welcome to use the kitchen facilities of the hotel to prepare a light snack but breakfast is not included in the price. At the Amarillis Hotel we are one of the few hotels on Hydra to have taken purposeful steps to help reduce the amount of electricity consumed un-necessarily. Our environmentally friendly measure include providing our guests with an electricity activating key holder in all rooms. The key is simply plugged in and the electricity is activated. This avoids people going out and leave the lights or air-conditioning on by mistake.
