Borzoi Bar Restaurant

We are a family from Sundsvall, Sweden who have been visiting Skiathos every summer for the last 20 years. In 2014, we opened up Andersson's Bar and we were first located in Old town but for 2016 we have moved to much larger spaces on main steet Papadiamantis. Since we have been on Skiathos for so many years we're more than happy to help you if you have any questions about the island.

Phàos World tells the story of schoolmates Nikos and Despina who in 2023 decided to swim against the tide and open a Boutique Espresso & Wine Bar in Skiathos at a time and place where the island was still very much ``touristic``. Through their visionary minds, they chose to open on Papadiamanti Street exit, an up-and-coming neighbourhood, transforming the current place of their «brainchild» into a relaxing and elegant spot.
