Some establishments truly deserve a negative rating, and this abysmal place stands at the very top of that list. Drawn in by the aroma of what we mistakenly assumed would be a pleasant "pitogiro" souvlaki, my family and I fell into a trap that a simple glance at Google Reviews would have saved us from. Finding the restaurant entirely deserted, we were initially greeted by a female staff member who deceptively invited us to sit wherever we pleased. Seeking stability for our three-year-old daughter on the uneven sand, we selected an appropriate table, only to be met with a level of unhinged aggression that defies belief. Before my wife could even settle our toddler, a man presumably the owner came charging toward us like an unbridled animal. Screaming aggressively in Greek to maximise the psychological impact of his hostility, he berated us for occupying a table that could "fit five people," ordering us to cram ourselves into a three-chair table leaning on an electrical pole! On top of the safety hazard what makes this encounter truly unforgivable is the complete absence of basic human decency, particularly in front of a young child. To add insult to injury, this grotesque display occurred on my birthday; my wife was forced to suppress her immense distress and handle this toxic tyrant with a level of grace he simply did not deserve, purely to salvage my day and mood. As we walked away from this toxic environment, the cowardice of the operation became even further fully apparent. Not a single apology was uttered by the aggressive owner, and the female employee who had initially offered us open seating suddenly developed amnesia, turning her back to avoid eye contact. Even if all this had taken place during a chaotic peak season or a frantic rush hour, a civilised human being communicates with politeness. This man, however, possesses absolutely no class, a volatile temperament, and a profound lack of professionalism. He is utterly unfit to operate a business in the hospitality industry, and patronising his establishment is a definitive health hazard to one's peace of mind. He should also seek immediate counselling with a psychiatrist because if rage like this is left unchecked it can be dangerous. This was the absolute worst experience we had on the whole island.

Great place, with super friendly owners and staff. We are here every second night or more frequently:) the pork gyros, the mussels saganaki, mousses, fried zucchini , french fries are superb! And the view is not-to-miss! Update from July 2024: this continues to be the best place to lunch or dine in Elafonissos. The food and service are super, year after year.

Beautiful location on the seafront. A wide menu and good vegetarian options. The Pita with mushrooms and Kefalotyri Cheese was VERY delicious. My husband had the grilled sardines and said they were very good. Great salad, yummy fried zuccini and potatoes. And delicious Mamos beer on draft. Great service. We would definitely come back.

Cooked (μαγειρευτά) foods were really good, ntakos salad was average, but the fried cheese pie was delicious!! While the grilled kontosouvli we got was a bit dry, the owner seemed GENUINELY interested and glad to receive criticism for it. He insisted on bringing us a gyros portion to make up for it, and communicated our comments back to the kitchen. Good food with some caveats, but great service and attentiveness to the customer

We got a saganaki, a greek salad and two plates of mixed gyros and everything was good. We spent around €50 with 0.5l wine, a coke zero and water also. The staff is friendly and the location is nice.
