The maritime museum was built in 1951 and it is roofed under a captain's house of the 19th century. Through its exhibits is shown the maritime history of the island. The visitor can see old anchors, maritime instruments, items from old sailing ships and boats, rare figure heads, maritime bahuts, models and ship watercolours as and seamen uniforms.
