Booked sea-view room over the phone and paid installment in advance. Arrived in the night and taken to a room with no sea view, no windows and no external doors. It only had a small window at one corner of the room with black iron bars like a prison cell. When claimed what we booked they said that they did not have such a request. When asked for refund they said that they were keeping the money. So we left and went to another hotel and got a normal hotel room and not prison cells!
