Seagulls Bay

Welcome to Seagull's Bay Village Hotel. Our wish to offer a different holiday option, something that would stand apart from the standardized large tourist units, led us to create a new chapter in the hospitality industry: A real village spread over an area of 20.000 square meters of enchanting natural environment – free of any essential intervention – in Mastichari of KOS island.
The philosophy of our creation is for the resident of this village to feel the atmosphere of a village, to live and savor nature and, if he so wishes, to participate in rural approaches to daily activity without having to forgo the comforts of modern living. Here, enjoyment of one's personal space does not interfere with the potential to participate in social activities with other “villagers”.

The village has 18 ground floor apartments of 55 square meters each and 18 maisonettes of 85 square meters that occupy the 2nd and the 3rd floor of each house, each having an independent entrance. Access between floors is provided by an internal staircase. Each loft has the capacity of accommodating 4 to 6 persons and is uniquely decorated. Each apartment has the capacity to accommodate 2 to 4 persons.

All our facilities are ultramodern, adhering to all the specifications of safety and hygiene. Only the best and safest materials were used in the construction.
The Hotel is classified as B Category and remains open throughout the year (Jan-Dec).
