Welcome to Antica Casa!

Antica Casa includes two Studios in a two-storey building with private bathroom, kitchen facilities, and balcony viewing the old harbor.

The building was renovated originally in 2013 and is situated on the west side of the old town, in the quiet area of Topanas, with no traffic, just a few meters from the old Venetian harbour where you can find most of the historical sites of the city of Hania as well as many places for entertainment.

Antica Casa Studios are housed in a Venetian building dating back to 1500. The building was built for a Venetian noble. Today fully renovated and tastefully decorated with objects and photographs from bygone eras, operates as autonomous Studios for rent in old town Chania. Antica Casa Studios are located at Aggelou Street, which is one of the most beautiful and picturesque streets of Chania Old Town. Within a few meters away from the Maritime Museum and the atmospheric Venetian Harbor.

Both Studios are comfortable and maintain a traditional style with modern, elegant touches; they create a relaxing atmosphere and designers at affordable prices. The building consists of two autonomous one bedroom Studios suitable to accommodate up to 4 persons.

They are equipped with: shower room, Refrigerator, coffee making facilities TV, free internet access and air condition. All have spacious windows with balconies overlooking the picturesque streets of Chanias old town with sea views. The top floor of the building has a roof garden with sea views to the venetian harbor of Chania and the Arabic lighthouse.

The central location of the hotel ensures easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants of Venetian promenade and old town. Chania international airport is 10 km away, while the beach of Nea Chora is located at a 5-minute walk from Antica Casa Studios. There is free public parking near the Studios.
