About Vasilitsa
Vasilitsa is a mountainous area in the Pindus range, near the villages of Smixi and Perivoli, best known for the Vasilitsa National Ski Center, one of Greece's major ski resorts.
Located at elevations above 1,600 meters, Vasilitsa is surrounded by dense beech and black pine forests. In winter, it is a popular destination for skiing and snowboarding, while in summer it attracts hikers, mountaineers, and nature enthusiasts.
The area offers spectacular views of the Pindus peaks and serves as an excellent gateway to the wider Valia Calda region and the mountains of Grevena.
