Mornings begin gently, with uninterrupted sea views and the soft rhythm of the Aegean. Freshly baked breads, seasonal fruits, Greek yogurt with local honey, eggs prepared to order, and aromatic coffee are served overlooking the sea. There is no hurry here. Only light, sea air, and time.

Taking inspiration from the local area, the Vogiatzis’ not only produce their own olive oil, cold pressed and Extra Virgin, but most of their herbs used in Soboro come from their garden. They pride themselves on continuously learning and evolving along with the rapidly changing sector of food and beverage.

Το παγωτό Kassandra γεννήθηκε το 2017 έχοντας ως πρωταρχικό στοχο την αξιοποίηση του ελαιολάδου με ένα εντελώς διαφορετικό τρόπο. Το εξαιρετικά παρθένο ελαιόλαδο αντικαθιστά μέρος της κρέμας γάλακτος και σε συνδυασμό με εξαιρετικά τοπικά προϊόντα δημιουργούμε παγωτά με κρεμώδη και απαλή υφή, περιορίζοντας παράλληλα τα λιπαρά.
