You may visit this state-of-the-art brewery and experience a unique craft beer tasting session during which a beer expert offers you information regarding the quality specifications and the ingredients of each beer served accompanied by a luxurious platter with selected bites. Inclusions and snack served: the visit, mineral water, beer tastings of 6 craft beers of 200mls each, potato salad with fresh herbs, braised veal with apricot/truffle jam, aromatic tuile scented with spearmint and caper pesto, bruscheta with tsalafouti cheese and herb pesto, deconstructed spinach/cheese pie and brownies. If you are vegan/vegetarian or have specific dietary restrictions, you are kindly advised to contact FTELOS via email before proceeding with booking, in order to make sure your platter can be modified to adjust your preferences.
