You will be welcomed in our olive farm with a welcoming drink on our terrace, with its unique sea view. We will visit our olive grove and explain about the 150 different trees. We explain our unique project of Olive Arboretum, the only one in Greece. You learn about the local herbs, flowers, meet our donkeys. During the tour, you get information about the varieties of trees and olives, the history of the harvest of olives in Rhodes, and the making of olive oil. Also, you will get some tips how to use the oil, and a insight of some of the to do list during a olive oil exhibition or contest. Then we will prepare together some olives delicacies. We will also do another recipe with olive oil, and from mid September to end of November, we will prepare some olives. The recipes will be sent to you so that you can continue the experience at home. At the end, you receive some souvenirs. Other things to note: Come with casual clothes. We are a farm, with dogs, cats, donkeys, chickens, ducks, bees, butterflies. 150 Olives trees, many different fruits trees, herbs, flowers.
