Lemnos Wine Tour - Private Tour
Take the chance to get introduced to the wine tradition of Lemnos with a wine tour to three wineries of the island. Visit a local vineyard and discover how vines here look like. Get familiar with the traditional as well as the modern methods of wine-making applied by local wine-makers. Complete your visit at each winery with a detailed presentation and wine tasting of the main labels accompanied by local cheese and appetizers and relax enjoying the wine and the view of the scenery around. "Kourouni" is the region where the majority of Lemnos vineyards are concentrated. We visit to a local private vineyard to become aware of the local viticulture and vinification methods as well as with the wine history and tradition Lemnos.

Garalis winery is situated near Kourouni among the vineyards of Agios dimitrios. The winery is known fo its organic and natural wines. We are given a short tour around the production area of the winery and then we taste four representative wine labels.

Chatzigeorgiou winery is the biggest private winery of the island, famous for its local sparkling wines. We experience a guided-tour around the production area of the winery, and then we enter int he big reception are where we taste the majority of the labes of the winery while we pair them with a selection of local cheese.

This is the the winery of the local cooperative of vine growers. It is the oldest and the biggest winery of the island.
