We start with a 60-minute wine tasting led by a Certified Sommelier. Objectives: (1) introduce you to the fundamental tasting method used by all wine professionals; (2) showcase great Greek wines, revealing their beauty, gravitas, and value along side their more familiar European cousins (A-B test). - A Greek sparkling wine to excite the palate. - White wines - Red wines Complimentary water, charcuterie, and cheese board. After the tasting, find your reserved sun bed spend the day enjoying the calm, clear, turquoise Greek waters (Anavyssos Bay, Saronic Gulf, Aegean Sea). Optional: charter a RIB motor boat with a skipper to explore hidden coves. Or simply relax seaside until the beach bar comes alive with its outstanding DJs and evening parties.
