A small hole in the church floor leads down to an underground chamber where the saint lived as a hermit.

Drogarati is an impressive cave aged about 150 million years old, with remarkable formations of stalactites and stalagmites. It is a rare geological phenomenon. The cave is about 60m deep and has a constant temperature of 18ΊC. The humidity of the cave reaches 90%.
