We take you with us away from the busy tourist trails, where tradition remains alive and unadulterated! As soon as you disembark, our comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle awaits you.

We stop at a hidden, traditional neighborhood bakery, one of which locals prefer to start their day. Here we will try warm, handmade lychnarakia and kalitsounia. Imagine crispy dough, pure mizithra cheese and a hint of honey on top. Warning: They are addictive from the first bite!

Time to learn the secrets of “liquid gold” in a traditional olive mill. Here we will learn the art of production in the good old way: the cold pressed method. You will see how the olive paste is pressed hard in special filters—without any heat—so that the oil comes out fully alive, preserving all its aromas and vitamins. Here we don't just dip the bread in the oil, we dip it with pride!

Next stop, a unique local winery that invests in passion and quality. We will go down to the cool cellar to see where the barrels rest and then we move on to the most enjoyable part: the tasting! We will taste 5 wines from rare local varieties, such as Vidiano and Romeiko. Don't worry, the aged gruyere and the olives that accompany them are there to maintain the taste balance!

For the grand finale, we have the best for you: we will drive up to the beautiful and peaceful Lake Kournas. Next to this magical landscape, we will sit in a traditional tavern that is run with passion by the third generation of the same family. Here, grandmother's recipes are "unbreakable law". The table will be filled with authentic fried lamb or antkristo, snails with buds (for the more daring!) and fresh salads with sour cheese. And because a Cretan table is not complete without tsikoudia, we will clink our glasses with ice-cold raki.

When we are finished, we will return you to the port completely full and smiling. And the most important thing? You will be there 1 to 1.30 hours before the ship's departure, because all we want you to lose is the calories, not the cruise ship!
