Experience life as part of an authentic Cretan family in your intimate cooking class (2–10 guests). Your hosts—Filippa, Kostas, and Richard—welcome you warmly and guide you in English through every step. Prepare fresh ingredients, knead dough for traditional kalitsounia, and help cook main dishes such as lamb, chicken, or seasonal vegetables in a wood-fired oven. Take a short break with local appetizers and a taste of traditional Cretan raki. Visit the family garden to pick fresh produce for a classic village salad. Fry potatoes over an open fire and prepare sides like tzatziki and skordalia. Finally, enjoy your creations at a communal table with local wine. End with homemade Cretan sweets and local raki (tsikoudia) for a truly unforgettable experience.
