Cretan Cooking Classes In A Magic Garden
The experience starts in our blooming garden, where you learn about the Cretan culture, history, culinary customs, fresh ingredients, products, even about typical words that locals use to describe their food while sipping on a glass of indigenous Cretan wine. You will have the chance to make simple but mouth-watering cold starters and ask your adviser questions and cooking tips so to recreate all, when back home. Then, it’s behind the scene, in our kitchen with your sleeves rolled up, to get involved with preparing and cooking your main creation. Along with our chefs, you may select classical Cretan dishes, as well as ones with a modern twist. Once everything is cooked and flavours are soaked up, it’s time to sit to the table tucking into your handmade masterpieces under the candlelight, sharing feelings, laughter & food as Cretans do. Meze, appetizers, main course, dessert is there but this wouldn’t be a typical Cretan culinary feast without slowly savouring every drop of your raki!
