We will be walking along a rare and important ecosystem with rare and endemic species of flora and fauna and reach the altitude of 1970 meters. Along the way, hiking participants must also practice a little scrambling in order to get to the summit. Gingilos Summit is one of the most majestic summits of Lefka Ori mountain range and a very important geosite.

The goal of the activity is to climb up one of the most majestic summits of Lefka Ori mountain range, located above Samaria Gorge. We will be walking on a rare and important inhabitat for rare and endemic species of flora and fauna and reach the altitude of up to 1970 meters. Along the way, hiking participants must also practice a little scrambling in order to get to the top.
