Farm & Heritage Walk After breakfast, enjoy a 20-minute guided walk through your crops and olive groves. We’ll also introduce you to our family’s collection of traditional tools and objects from the previous century, offering insight into authentic Cretan rural life and heritage. Traditional Olive Oil Tasting A special part of the experience is a guided olive oil tasting using extra virgin olive oil produced from the olives of your farm. You’ll learn how to recognize quality olive oil, understand its characteristics, and discover why olive oil is at the heart of the Cretan diet. Live Cooking & Participation You are welcome to observe or even assist as we prepare classic Cretan dishes
