Leave the crowded ferries behind. Your day is spent on a traditional wooden boat with a small group, a warm crew and your own host, close to the water, never rushed. Morning: pickup in Athens (or meet us at Marina Zeas), then cast off at 09:00 with coffee and pastries as Athens fades behind you. Agistri: 1.5 hours ashore at pine-fringed Skala. Swim, stroll the waterfront or relax in a café. Metopi: the star of the day. We anchor off this uninhabited islet, you dive from the deck into turquoise water and snorkel the coves. Then lunch on board beside the islet: Mediterranean dishes made from ethically sourced, local ingredients, with wine or cold beer in hand. Aegina: 1.5 hours to explore the harbour, neoclassical lanes and famous pistachios. Evening: sail back across the Saronic Gulf as the light softens, back around 19:00. Included: snacks, fruit, unlimited drinks, snorkel gear. Bring swimwear and a towel. If the wind rises, Metopi swaps for Moni or Aponisos.

Stop 1
Free time on Agistri's waterfront around Skala, with sandy and pebbly beaches, cafés and the blue-domed church of Agioi Anargyroi. Swim, stroll or sit in a café. An optional bike ride from Megalochori to Chalikiada is available at an extra charge.

Stop 2
The highlight of the day. We drop anchor off Metopi, a tiny islet surrounded by turquoise water. Jump straight from the boat into clear water, snorkel (gear and water noodles provided), then sit down to a delicious Greek lunch on board overlooking Metopi. If the weather calls for it, the crew moves the anchorage to nearby Moni or Aponisos.

Aegina
Free time in Aegina town: the harbour, colourful waterfront, market and small streets. Try the island's pistachios or pistachio ice cream. The Temple of Apollo at Kolona is a short walk from the harbour. Admission and guided tours are not included. We return to Marina Zeas around 19:00, with fresh fruit served on the way back.
