The last major stop of the tour to visit beautiful Nafplion. This is the first capital of the new independent state of Greece (1824). You’ll be free to explore the old walkways worry free as cars are not allowed inside, check traditional shops, have lunch or hop on a small boat that will take you to the little castle (Bourtzi) in the middle of the sea and around seaside Nafplion.
