Additionally, we will visit Castalia Spring and explore the Delphi museum to fully immerse ourselves in the historical significance of this ancient site.

   Great Meteoron Monastery

   Our driver will pick you up from your hotel at 09:00 to begin the exploration of the impressive Byzantine Monasteries of Meteora, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage monument. Our first stop is at The Holy Monastery of Great Meteoro, the largest and oldest monastery. Perched atop a gigantic rock, it gives the impression of being "suspended in the air" (meteoro). Next, we'll visit the charming Monastery of St. Stephan, a small church adorned in 1545. Our enriching tour concludes at the picturesque village of Kalambaka, where you'll savor a traditional Greek lunch.

   After exploring the wonders of Meteora, we will head back to Athens with a brief stop at Thermopylae.
