• We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the experiences, any guests delay, up until 5 minutes, it will be a non show, refund requests will not be acceptable.
• We are not responsible for the guest’s failure to reply to our messages, emails or calls for directions to the meeting point.
• Kids under 5 years old are not accepted for safety reasons, refund requests will not be accepted.
• For everyone's safety and comfort, please do not eat or drink on the bus/mini van, and keep your area tidy.
• If you are arriving by cruise ship and are tendered or docked at the new port, we can arrange transportation for you at an additional cost.
• We try our best to return lost items, but we are not responsible for belongings left on the bus/mini van.
• The tour will leave on schedule. If you arrive late and miss parts of the tour, there will be no refunds or replacements. We do not offer any reimbursement or compensation.
• If you decide to leave the tour or activity early for any reason, you will not receive a refund.
• If unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control occur after the tour starts, we may need to change the route or itinerary.
• This is not a private tour; other participants will be joining.
• Ferries can be delayed. Please plan for an extra 45 minutes or 1 hour beyond the scheduled arrival time.
• This tour has a minimum participation of 2 people.
• If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 14 travelers
• Participants shall bear full responsibility for their own safety and well-being during any stops or periods spent outside the vehicle.
