  I really, really rate this place. My girlfriend is from Volos and I am from Scotland. I think it is fair to say the drinking habits are a bit different in Greece when it comes to beer - so we always stop here. This place has it all - local beer from Πλάστιγγα, Thessaly microbrewery and local streets as well as almost all the big (and small - Westvleteren is on the menu!) hitters from Belgium and Germany and elsewhere - all served in the matching glassware etc and it does them proud. Their food and social media is excellent and staff really are experts when it comes to beer. My Greek is ok but this place is also accommodating for English speakers with menus and staff fluent in English too as a side note. Was busy when we were in but it was clear the staff were working hard to look after us and were extremely accommodating as always. Importing across the continent is an expensive business (and so is the price of making beer nowadays!) and I think the price of the beer is very fair in here too. I think this must be the best beer house of its kind in Greece and one of the best in Europe!

  Great atmosphere and huge variety of local and European biers. Food portions are almost too generous and tasty and reasonably priced. The craft brews are a somewhat pricey at about 5..6 EUR. NOTE. They have a take away bier menu! Take away prices are very reasonable.

  One of the most authentic beer places Ive ever been to. Cozy atmosphere,great people and a variety of beers and sausages for every taste PS.: The pretzel is a must

  An almost genuine German Bierkneipe in Volos. Fresh salads, tasty meat dishes, not very good Pommes frites. The personnel knowledgeable about the different Bier kinds they offer. Nice quite location.

  nice pub, wide variety of beers. food portions are small. The guy, the waiter, asked us to move to a smaller table, since there were two of us, although all the tables were free. Later, 2 more guys came to the same table, but they were not asked to change seats. We didn't like it! If I hadn’t found a place to sit, I would have moved to another cafe. «Are there other oranges in Greece?" there were no customers, even when we left there were enough empty tables. but those two passers-by did not reserve anything, and no one came to them. You’d be better off just apologizing, your impressions don’t justify your waiter, and now you, too.
