The building is situated in big olive grove surrounded by lovely gardens and lawns, on Stafilos area 3 km from Skopelos town and harbour. The location is nice and quiet and Stafilos beach is only 1,5 km away. Local taverns and mini market are found in walking distance from the premises. The bus service is pretty good with plenty of services from mid - June to mid - September and the bus stop is just few meters away. Two studios for 2 people and two studios for 2-3 people are on the ground floor while two air conditioned maisonettes for 2-4 people and maisonettes for 2-5 people are on the top floor. All accommodations are cool and airy.
