Very poor service (not recommended)
I booked a room in this hotel via a series of telephone calls a couple of days before going there.
When we arrived, the owner and his wife said they were not expecting anyone on that day. The reservation, in their papers, was for the next day. They did not have any available room for the first day, so as we were travelling with our 8 months old baby and we were really tired, I was quite annoyed to find that they made such a mistake, but I was very polite and waited for them to try and work out the situation, when the old lady denied that the mistake was on their part. She said that she could not have possibly reserved the room for us that day. I was furious and told her repeatedly that she should admit that it was her fault and that she should not accuse me for their mistake. She never admitted it, so her husband (the owner) walked into the conversation and pretended to admit that it was their fault and that I should not listen to her (and calm down). She phoned to other hotels in the area and found a place that we could stay for one night and in the next morning we had to re-pack and move to their hotel again. As we left for the other hotel, she once again gave a fake apology while she repeated that it couldn\'t be her fault and that it was ours, but we should all be happy now that the problem was \"solved\"!
We stayed at the other hotel for one night, and in the next morning we found another hotel for the rest of our vacations and the stomach-ache that the Allegria owners gave me the previous night was gone and our vacations started to become fun again.
I called them about my cancelling our failed reservation and demanded a refund of the money I sent them the day before, and she started accusing me and threatening me that they should be paid! When I mentioned that we should probably settle this with the tourist police she immediately changed her tone and politely hang up on me. I never got my money back, but still, I am really happy that I escaped from this \"family hotel\" and its amazingly \"hospitable\" owners.
Avoid it.
