Surrounded by panoramic 360° views over Athens, we enjoy a mindful yoga and meditation practice focused on movement, breath, and presence. This open-air experience offers a balanced blend of wellness, nature, and cultural atmosphere — a peaceful and grounding way to connect with your body and mind as Athens slowly wakes up.
