The experience reveals every stage of the traditional process — from vineyard ploughing and harvesting to grape crushing, weighing, and fermentation. You will also see the machinery once essential to production, alongside the modern equipment used today. Rare tools and original devices on display once belonged to generations of the Koutsogiannopoulos family, who dedicated their lives to producing exceptional Santorini wines. The visit concludes with a tasting of four signature wines from the estate, enjoyed in a specially designed tasting area that enhances the aromas, flavors, and overall experience.
