Join us on a guided trekking adventure to the majestic summit of Mount Psiloritis, the highest peak in Crete and a mountain steeped in mythology and natural beauty. Your journey begins with a scenic drive to the starting point of the trail, where your experienced local guide will give you an overview of the route, safety tips, and stories of the region’s history and legends. As we ascend, you'll hike through rugged Cretan landscapes, rocky slopes, and fragrant mountain herbs, taking in breathtaking panoramic views of the island, the Aegean Sea, and beyond. Along the way, your guide will point out unique flora, fauna, and geological features, while sharing fascinating tales of Zeus and the sacred significance of the mountain to the ancient Minoans. Reaching the summit of Psiloritis (Timios Stavros, 2,456 meters), you'll have time to rest, take photos, and truly feel on top of Crete. Afterward, we’ll begin our descent and return to our starting point, feeling fulfilled by nature, mythology, and a sense of accomplishment.
