During this afternoon experience, you’ll travel through the peaceful countryside of Peza and nearby villages, meeting local families who have dedicated their lives to traditional Cretan crafts. Your first stop is a small family olive mill surrounded by silver-green groves. There, you’ll learn how extra virgin olive oil is produced, from harvest to cold extraction, before tasting different varieties paired with village bread and tomatoes.
