Lefkada: Mountain Gems Electric Fat Bicycle Tour & Tasting

We navigate through the lush greenery of the Plateau of Karya. Enjoy the serene atmosphere, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and herds of ships and goats. The area of the plateau is a hidden gem of Lefkada as it is located in the heart of the island. On an e-Fat Bike tour, we start riding through the picturesque village of Karya, while you immerse yourself in the traditional Greek culture. Karya, is a charming mountain village known for its traditional architecture and warm hospitality. As we ride through the narrow streets on our e-Fat Bikes, you will be captivated by the beauty of the stone houses and the colorful flowers adorning the balconies. On the way back to Karya, at the end of the tour, you will have a chance to do take a seat at one of the local cafes and enjoy a cup of Greek coffee, a glass of wine, and enjoy a tapas (included), while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of the old central square of the village.

The wonderful mountain Englouvi village is a great spot for a stop after the uphill cycling. The huge plane trees give a refreshing shadow at the main square where we will have a rest.

Continuing your journey, you'll arrive in the peaceful village of Vafkeri. This hidden gem is nestled in the mountains, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Take a break and let's make a short stop at the main square of the village and take some nice pictures.

Platistoma is the smallest village of the tour. The tour passes the main road of the village, heading all the way to Alexandros.

Then we head up to the village of Alexandros. As we ride through the rolling hills, take in the scenic beauty and capture the essence of the countryside. Alexandros offers another opportunity to connect with the local culture. The village was completely evacuated in the 50s, until a couple of decades ago, when redevelopment started taking over again, making Alexandros an attractive area for those who wanted to build a property and sense the real tranquillity of Lefkada. Alexandros has a traditional ruined olive oil mill that has been operating for over a century. On our e-Fat Bike tour, you can visit the mill and shoot some amazing pictures.

Finally we are back to Karya, passing by its beautiful cool and shady square, with the huge plane trees. And suddenly we find ourselves doing some downhill of the cobblestone, among the traditional houses and te rural neighbourhoods of Karyam before we reaach back our basement. We have located at a beautiful corner and serene corner of the village, where your can relax, take a few breaths and rejuvenate, while saring your experiences with the rest of the tour's participants.
