This experience offers a deep dive into the island’s winemaking heritage, focusing on the high-altitude grapes that travel from the rugged mountain slopes to our coastal cellar. Your visit begins with an introduction to the unique terroir of Mt. Ainos. While our vines thrive in the high-altitude, limestone soils of the Omala and Fagias Valley, you will learn how that mountain environment shapes the crisp, mineral identity of the Robola grape. We will share the story of the harvest and the careful transport of the fruit to our seaside location. Inside the winery, we take you through the production process. You’ll explore our fermentation area, discovering how we harness the purity of the fruit using contemporary techniques and a minimalist philosophy. The experience culminates in a tasting of seven signature labels. Relax in our tasting area as you are guided through the aromatic profiles and textures of our wines. To complete the experience, traditional local cheeses will be served, allowing you to savor the authentic flavors of Kefalonia.
