After exploring the villages, venture to the highest point on the island at Profitis Ilias, a 567m/1860ft-high mountain that offers panoramic views of the entire island of Santorini. On the way up , you will drive through some of Santorini's medieval villages including Pyrgos. Once you reach the top, you can visit the Monastery which dates back to the 18th century.

Next stop the black sand beaches of Perissa and Perivolos, known for their crystal-clear waters and dramatic volcanic scenery. They are the most popular spots for swimming and sunbathing.
