An authentic cooking class experience, enjoying the Parian countryside, on a traditional farm, 1,5 km just outside of Parikia. We will show you how to cook a traditional Greek meal, with products directly from our garden . We even collect them together. A sunset dinner full of Greek flavors accompannied with local Parian wine and Greek music. The program includes, a tour of the farm, dinner preparation and dinner at sunset. Menu: Sample Seasonal Menu Our menu changes with the seasons, featuring the freshest ingredients from our farm and local producers. Dishes may include tzatziki or melitzanosalata, zucchini fritters or dolmadakia, Greek salad or dakos, gemista or briam prepared during the class, plus a seasonal main course such as homemade moussaka, roasted chicken or pork with potatoes, shrimp pasta, or fresh fish. Dessert includes homemade ice cream or seasonal fruit, served with homemade iced tea or refreshing water. Menu varies by season. Dietary needs and allergies can be accommodated with advance notice. Maximum Group participation number is 25 . Minimum participants of 4 , is required for the sharing cooking experience.
