Your Greek cooking experience begins with a short introduction to the history and traditions of Greek cuisine, including the ingredients and flavors that define the Mediterranean diet. Participants then split into teams of two, with each team preparing 2–3 authentic Greek dishes using fresh local ingredients and traditional recipes. The hands-on cooking session lasts approximately 2 hours and is designed to be interactive, social, and suitable for all skill levels — including beginners. At the end of the class, all dishes are placed on the table and everyone comes together to enjoy a shared homemade Greek meal accompanied by local wine and conversation. This group experience offers a warm and authentic atmosphere where guests can connect through food, culture, and Greek hospitality.
