    Learn about the history of the Temple of Aphaia! It is one of the most significant temples in Greece. People have visited Aphaia since at least the Late Bronze Age/14th Century BCE. The Parthenon in Athens is based on this temple built on a hill surrounded by pine trees with stunning views on either side of the island.
