Η Coffee Lab ξεκίνησε το ταξίδι της από την Χαλκίδα το 2009 κι είναι η πρώτη αλυσίδα street coffee που εφαρµόζει ολοκληρωτικά το concept του 3rd wave coffee. Το 2012 γίνεται η σύσταση της εταιρείας Coffee Lab με την σημερινή της μορφή και το 2015 ξεκινάει η ανάπτυξη του δικτύου franchise .

In 1892, the first mechanical flour mill of the island was built in Fira. During 1925, the flour mill after an upgrading, pioneering for the time, turned into a cylinder mill, thus making a small industrial revolution in the economy of the South Cyclades.
