The small coastal settlement of Agios Petros is located in the south part of Gavrios and attracts the island’s visitors due to its beautiful beach. Here you will enjoy your bath, while there’s the possibility for water sports.
In Agios Petros you will see the circular Tower of Hellenistic period, saved in good condition. It is of 20m height and it is made from the local schist. Inside is saved the spiral staircase leading to five floors. The settlement of Agios Petros is one of the developing tourist resorts in the island.
