Mylopotas: The most famous and organized beach in Ios, where the heart of water sports beats. You will find fully equipped centers offering windsurfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, as well as fun towable rides like tubes and banana boats.
Gialos (Port): A more sheltered option, ideal for families and beginners. There, you can rent pedal boats, canoes, or SUPs (Stand Up Paddleboarding) for a relaxed ride around the bay.
Manganari: Located on the southern part of the island, featuring beautiful, calm sandy bays. It is ideal for SUP, canoeing, and windsurfing when weather conditions permit.
Scuba Diving & Snorkeling: Organized diving centers operate on the island (primarily in Mylopotas). They offer beginner courses, guided dives to reefs and shipwrecks, or you can simply explore the marine life with a mask and snorkel.
