The Villa is almost in the middle of the road that connects Skiathos town to Koukounaries beach. 4 of the best beaches of Skiathos are within walking distances and also there is a regular every 10-15 minutes bus service from Kolios area to Skiathos town and to the rest of the almost 70 beaches Skiathos Island has.

There is a super market just a view meters from our villa, Beach bars, pool bars, tennis courts and restaurants are available within walking distances and the famous Vromolimnos beach bar and restaurant is only 800 meters away.
