Τhe Semeli Guesthouse is located in Karpenissi, a creation of "F ZEIN-ACTIVE" based on the three factors originality, quality and the environment. The guesthouse occupies a priveleged position at the foot of the mountain Velouhi allowing our guests to enjoy the unique natureof the area with a comfortable, pleasant and friendly guesthouse as their base.
The Semeli Guesthouse features 7 rooms. Four with 3 beds, two with 4 beds and a suite. All the rooms are equipped with a bathroom, satellite TV, heating, telephone and hairdryer. The suite also offers two separate double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, living room with fireplace, dining room and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances.
All the rooms have a fantastic view of Karpenissi and Potamia Valley. The Semeli Guesthouse also features a sitting area with fireplace and bar. This guesthouse is the perfect place for all those who love the outdoor life and are looking for alternative tourism. Our guests can undertake specialised activities from rafting, canoe-kayak, 4-hour adventure, Jeep 4x4 river trekking, trekking, paintball to mountain biking. In addition, for those who ski the Velouhi ski resort is just 8km (5 miles) away.
